What Are Your Alibis?

Category : Alibis, Meditation

Meditation for today, August 14th, 2011

Isn’t it peculiar that some people are so clever at inventing alibis and so dull at doing the job that would make alibis useless?

If folks did their jobs with half the effort and creativity they waste in a vain attempt to deceive others, they could achieve great success at anything. It is tempting at times to emulate those who seemingly get by without working very hard, but those who cheat the company by not doing what they are paid to do will eventually pay the price. They will pay with the loss of their most valuable possession: their reputation.

The value of a reputation for honesty and integrity is the difference between a career filled with promise and a life of failure.

Values & Reputation – Teachings From Jim Rohn

Category : Value

Values & Reputation

The major value in life is not what you get. The major value in life is what you become. That is why I wish to pay fair price for every value. If I have to pay for it or earn it, that makes something of me. If I get it for free, that makes nothing of me.

All values must be won by contest, and after they have been won, they must be defended.

Don’t sell out your virtue and your value for something you think you want. Judas got the money, but he threw it all away and hung himself because he was so unhappy with himself.

Values were meant to be costly. If it doesn’t cost much, we probably wouldn’t appreciate the value.

Count the cost first. Don’t pay too big a price for pursuing minor values.

Network Marketing Is A SCAM!

Category : 5 Pillars of Success

Network Marketing is a ScamI wish I had a nickel for every time I hear that phrase when talking to people about what I do! It would be a nice little side income!

Unfortunately, that’s what a lot of people think of Network Marketing. The really sad part is that there are a lot of Network Marketing Companies out there that are scams. A lot of people are getting ripped off every day.

So you’ve got to ask yourself, why does this happen? Are people stupid to fall for these scams? I don’t think that’s it. I think that the main problem is people get caught up in the hype and don’t really understand what they are getting into. They don’t take the time to figure out if the opportunity is legitimate or not. They’re not stupid, they’re just trusting! They trust that a company wouldn’t intentionally try to rip them off.

Because of these unscrupulous companies, it’s given our whole industry a bad reputation.

So how do we combat both the bad companies and the bad reputation?

Education. We need to get educated on what makes a legitimate company. There are signs. We just have to know what signs to look for.

That’s where Mentoring for Free comes in. Michael Dlouhy has come up with what he calls The 5 Pillars of Success. A good, solid, legitimate company will have all 5 of these Pillars. If any one pillar is missing, you should think twice about joining that company. Why? Because your chances of success diminish with every loss of a Pillar. Now, does a company without all 5 Pillars make it an instant Scam? No, not at all. But…. You can guarantee that if the company has all 5 Pillars it won’t be a scam.

So which would you prefer? A guessing game? Or a proven system to show you exactly what to look for?

To get started learning more about the 5 Pillars of Success, just go to http://www.davidahaines.com and sign up for our Free MLM Letter. As a bonus to the first 50 people who sign up, I’ll send you an excellent audio recording of Michael Dlouhy explaining the 5 Pillars to Success. This is one audio you don’t want to miss!
